Wow. What an amazing lunch at @mojocubankitchen! I had the Ropa Vieja plate which is the slow cooked shredded beef in tomato sauce with onion and bell peppers... Ah. Maaaay. Zing. And those beans, some of the best I've ever had. And the reason I ordered this in the first place, the plantains, here labeled Maduros, indicating fresh, fried sweet plantains. They are perfection.
Mojo only opened a few months ago and I've been wanting to get over here, so glad I finally made it.
I have to say this incredible Cuban restaurant is now up there with El Charro as my favorite in town.
